Administering and monitoring the
Tax Increment Financing Program
and related business incentive
programs.
Supporting commercial and
industrial districts to ensure
balanced development and job
creation.
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

for development, are available.
Ample electric, water, and sewer
capacity are available for
almost any industrial need. Both
rail and truck transportation
services are readily available.
