The Planning & Zoning Board advises the City Council on planning and zoning issues. In long-range planning matters, it reviews land use, transportation and zoning amendments as they relate to the comprehensive plan. Board members review capital improvements that would affect implementation of the plan. They also review plats and other land subdivisions, site plans for commercial and industrial buildings, rezoning requests, variances and conditional use permits and other land use issues. Their recommendations then go to the city council for final action.

Meetings
Their meetings are open to the public. Upcoming meeting notices are available under "Community Events."
