Greetings to one and
all! I am
Lance Wetzel, the
mayor of Le Center,
Minnesota, a
community with a
population of about
2,500 people.
I have lived in Le
Center on and off
for the greater part
of my life.
Le Center is
fortunate to have
good schools,
businesses,
churches, as well as
active Planning and
Zoning and Economic
Development
Committees. We
are also lucky to
have both Legion and
VFW clubs in the
downtown area.
We have a volunteer
Fire Department and
Ambulance Service,
along with the Le
Center Police
Department and Le
Sueur County
Sheriff's Office and
Courthouse, both
located in Le
Center; which is
also the county seat
of Le Sueur County.
Le Center is a small
and friendly
community. You
will always find the
welcome mat out for
you.
