Le Center Parks and Recreation has recreational opportunities for everyone.  There are five municipal parks located within the city limits of Le Center. Young and old alike enjoy the many city parks, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and opportunities for outdoor activities.

Park Rules
Park hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Smoking and alcohol use is not permitted on park property without a permit issued by the City.. Please help keep our parks clean by throwing away trash in the cans provided in all parks. All pets must be on leash and please clean up after your pet as required by City Code.

Weather Policy
Parks are open to the public rain or shine. It is up to individual groups with programs or
reservations to determine if they will cancel their event based on weather. If the City closes athletic fields due to unsafe field conditions, the affected groups will be notified.
 

Municipal Pool
Le Center also has a heated six-lane outdoor pool. generally open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
The pool is staffed for open swim, adult/lap swim, aquatic exercise classes, water polo, water walking and learn to swim classes certified by the American Red Cross for both youth and adult learners. For more information, visit our pool page.

Located on the northeast corner of
Maple Avenue and Tyrone Street

Rays Plut Park

Located adjacent to the County Fairgrounds off Highway 99 at Park Avenue

Courthouse Park

Located at the center of town surrounding
the Le Sueur County Courthouse
