City Administration
This department provides the administrative
direction for the City of LeCenter.
The City Administrative Clerk/Treasurer
serves as chief administrative officer for
the City and reports to the Mayor and City
Council.
The "City Clerk" is also responsible for
managing the overall operation of all city
departments, ensuring that the laws,
ordinances, and resolutions of the City
Council are enforced and implemented.
The City Clerk's responsibilities involve
the management of official records and
documents of the city.
City Records Mgmt / Elections
The City Clerk is responsible for records
retention, council information packets,
finance and budgeting, voting and elections,
licenses, and city code maintenance.

Human Services
City Administration oversees hiring,
training, contract negotiations, pay program
administration, personnel policy review and
